Overview
This website is operated by CALMA Fine Art Studio, the artistic practice of Carlos Alberto Lopez. By visiting this site, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing a work, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website.

Artwork and availability
Unless expressly stated otherwise, artworks offered through this site are original, one-of-a-kind works. Availability is subject to confirmation because works may also be exhibited, loaned, or offered through a gallery. If an unavailable work is purchased in error, the order will be cancelled and the payment refunded.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping, handling, crating, insurance, customs charges, and installation are separate unless expressly included. Orders are not dispatched until payment and any required logistics charges are complete.

Images, dimensions, and color
We make reasonable efforts to present artworks accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and photography may cause color or surface details to appear differently. Dimensions are approximate and listed in inches unless otherwise stated. For framed works, the listing may include both artwork and overall framed dimensions.

Shipping, returns, and damage
Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, final-sale terms, and damage claims are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Commissions
Commission scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, revisions, delivery, and usage rights will be confirmed separately in writing. Deposits and commissioned works are final sale unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Intellectual property
Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical work only. Copyright and all reproduction, publication, merchandising, and commercial-use rights remain with Carlos Alberto Lopez unless transferred through a separate written agreement. Images and text on this website may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Permitted use
You may not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use its content in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CALMA Fine Art Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of a work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where a collector resides.

Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the studio, website, or applicable requirements change. The version displayed at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
